How long does it take to create and ship my custom face pajamas?
All orders require 1‑3 business days for order verification, quality check and packaging before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Standard shipping delivery time: 10‑15 business days after the item has been shipped out.
When will I see my design proof?
You’ll receive your design preview within 24 hours of placing your order. The quicker you give us the green light, the sooner we can begin production. If we don’t receive approval within 3 days, we’ll automatically proceed with printing.
What if my package doesn't arrive?

Will my entire order come in one package?
Most orders ship together, but depending on your items, we may send multiple packages.
What happens if my pajamas arrive damaged?
We’ll absolutely make it right. Here’s what to do:
- Send an email to z2943701980@gmail.com
- Include your full name, email, and order number (if available)
- Attach photos showing the damage
My order was delivered to the wrong address or is missing. What now?
Let’s solve this together:
- Check with nearby neighbors – packages are sometimes left with them. Review any doorbell camera footage if available.
- Email us with your name, email, phone number, and order details. Share any additional information that might help.
- We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier immediately.

Can I modify my order after approving the proof?
Once your have approved your proof, we cannot make any changes.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our service/product, and fast turnaround times, we do not offer refunds. Once our artists get started on your proof you will not be able to receive a refund.
What makes a good photo for face pajamas?
The best photos are high-resolution, well-lit, and show the face clearly from the front. Avoid blurry images, extreme close-ups that cut off parts of the face, or photos with heavy shadows. We can work with most backgrounds since they’ll be removed during design.
What if my photo isn't perfect?
Our design team is skilled at working with various photo qualities. If your image won’t work for printing, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to request a better photo.
What photo formats do you accept?
We accept all common formats including JPG, PNG, and HEIC files from your phone or camera.
What pajama styles and sizes are available?
We offer a full range of sizes styles. You’ll see all available options during checkout.
Can I preview how my pajamas will look before ordering?
Yes! You’ll receive a design proof within 24 hours showing exactly how your face pajamas will appear.
How will my face appear on the pajamas?
Your photo will be professionally edited to remove the background and optimized for fabric printing, creating a fun and eye-catching design.
Are the pajamas good quality?
Yes, we use high-quality, comfortable fabrics that are durable and maintain their print quality wash after wash.
